Getting started
How do I buy an AEXONI Expert Advisor?▾
Pick the product you want from the catalogue (AEXOR, PYROX, or XERON). On the product page, choose a plan tier - monthly lease through to lifetime licence - and click Buy. You'll be taken to a checkout page where you can pay by card (Stripe), PayPal, or crypto (BTC, USDT-TRC20, USDC-ERC20). Crypto orders are manually verified within a few hours of you submitting the transaction hash.
I just paid. What happens next?▾
For card and PayPal payments, your licence is issued immediately and you receive an email with the licence key, the EA file, and setup instructions. For crypto, the licence ships once we confirm the on-chain transaction (usually within a few hours, occasionally up to 24 hours on busy networks). You can track verification status in your dashboard under Notifications.
What's the difference between lease and lifetime?▾
A lease licence runs for the period you chose (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) and stops working after that. A lifetime licence runs forever, never expires, and includes all future updates to that EA. Lifetime licences also come with more MetaTrader account slots so you can run the same EA on more brokers.
Can I try the EA before buying?▾
We don't offer trial licences directly, but every product page links to a Myfxbook-verified live track record so you can see exactly how the EA has performed in real markets with real money before committing. If after purchase something is genuinely wrong with the EA on your end, our refund policy covers the first 14 days.
EA installation on MetaTrader
How do I install an AEXONI EA on MetaTrader 5?▾
1. Open MT5 → File → Open Data Folder. 2. Navigate to MQL5 → Experts. 3. Copy the .ex5 file we sent you into that folder. 4. Restart MT5. 5. In MT5's Navigator panel (Ctrl+N), expand Expert Advisors - your AEXONI EA will be listed. 6. Drag it onto the chart of the pair the EA trades (e.g. EURUSD for AEXOR). 7. In the popup, enter your licence key in the Inputs tab, tick "Allow Algo Trading", click OK. 8. Make sure the green "Algo Trading" button at the top of MT5 is enabled. 9. The EA will validate your licence with our server and start trading. The full tutorial with screenshots is at /tutorial.
MT4 vs MT5: which should I use?▾
MT5 is recommended. It's the newer platform, supports more order types, and runs faster. Our EAs come as .ex5 (MT5) and .ex4 (MT4) where applicable. If your broker only offers MT4, ask us for the MT4 build before purchasing - not every product has both.
The EA says 'Licence invalid' or won't validate. Help?▾
Most common causes, in order: (1) The licence key was copied with extra spaces - paste it again carefully. (2) The MT account you've attached the EA to isn't bound to this licence yet - go to your dashboard, open the licence, and add the MT account number under "Bound accounts". (3) Your network is blocking outbound HTTPS to aexoni.com - check firewall settings or change broker servers. (4) You've already used all the slots on this licence - check your dashboard. If none of these fix it, open a support ticket and we'll look at the validation logs from our end.
How many MetaTrader accounts can one licence cover?▾
Lease licences include 4 bound MT account slots. Lifetime licences include 10. You can change which accounts are bound from your dashboard at any time - if you switch brokers, just unbind the old account number and bind the new one in its place. Slot changes take effect immediately.
Which brokers does AEXONI work with?▾
Any broker that offers MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 and allows automated trading. We have no broker partnerships - that's intentional, your choice of broker stays yours. Customers commonly use Pepperstone, IC Markets, Tickmill, and FP Markets but the EA doesn't care.
Licence management
How do I bind or unbind a MetaTrader account?▾
In your dashboard, click the licence card to open it, then use the Account slots editor. Type the MT account number, broker, and platform (MT4 or MT5), and save. To free up a slot for a different account, click the trash icon next to the existing entry and confirm. The EA on the old account will stop validating within 30 minutes.
My licence is about to expire. How do I renew?▾
From your dashboard, find the licence card showing an expiry warning (it'll appear 7 days before expiry). Click Renew - it takes you to the product page where you can buy another period. We'll add the new term to your existing licence, no need to re-bind accounts. If you let a lease lapse, there's a 3-day grace period where the EA keeps trading; after that it stops until you renew.
Can I transfer my licence to a different person?▾
Licences are issued to the email address that purchased them and aren't transferrable to another person. If you need to switch which MetaTrader account uses the EA, that's a slot rebind (see above) - no transfer needed. If you genuinely need to change the licence holder, email support@aexoni.com and we'll handle it case-by-case.
I want a refund. What's the policy?▾
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you can show the EA isn't working as advertised on your account. Buyer's remorse refunds (you changed your mind) aren't automatic but we'll consider them on a case-by-case basis - email support@aexoni.com. Refunds revoke the licence and reverse any affiliate commission that paid out on the original sale.
Billing and payments
What payment methods do you accept?▾
Card (Stripe - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, and direct cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT on Tron / TRC20, USDC on Ethereum / ERC20). Card and PayPal are instant. Crypto is verified manually within a few hours of you submitting your transaction hash.
Can I get an invoice with my company details?▾
Yes. In your dashboard under Account, fill in the Billing fields (company name, tax/VAT number, billing address). All invoices issued after that point will use those details. You can re-download any past invoice from the Billing tab - the PDF generates from the current dashboard fields.
Are crypto prices locked in at purchase time?▾
Yes. When you submit a crypto order, the USD-to-crypto conversion is locked at the rate shown on screen and only that exact amount is accepted. If your wallet sends more or less than the locked amount we'll either refund the difference or hold the order pending until the correct amount lands.
Account and security
How do I change my password or email?▾
Dashboard → Settings → Password / Email. Password change happens immediately and we'll email you a security notice. Email change sends a confirmation link to the NEW address - the change only takes effect after you click it.
Will I get notified if someone signs into my account?▾
Yes. The first time your account is accessed from an IP we haven't seen before, we email you a security alert with the time, country, and IP (partially masked). You can review every past sign-in under Dashboard → Settings → Recent sign-in activity.
Can I turn off marketing or lifecycle emails?▾
Yes. Dashboard → Settings → Email preferences. Two checkboxes: 'Licence reminders' (expiry/renewal/anniversary) and 'Product updates and offers'. Security alerts and account confirmations are always sent regardless.
How do I close my account?▾
Dashboard → Settings → Close account → Begin closure. Confirm with your current password and optionally add a reason. There's a 30-day cool-off period during which you can cancel any time. After 30 days, your account, profile, licences, and purchase history are permanently deleted.
I want a copy of all my data.▾
Dashboard → Settings → Export my data → Download .json. Gives you everything we hold: profile, billing fields, purchases, licences and their bound MT accounts, support tickets and messages, notifications, affiliate info. GDPR Article 20 portability format.
Affiliate program
How does the AEXONI affiliate program work?▾
Anyone with an account can share their referral link or discount code. Friends who use it get 10% off their first licence at checkout. To earn commission on those conversions, apply to the affiliate program at /affiliates/apply - applications are reviewed manually. Approved affiliates earn a percentage of every sale they refer, with payouts on request once you hit the minimum threshold.
Where do I find my referral link?▾
Dashboard → Refer a friend. Your unique link and discount code are shown there along with live stats (friends joined, commission earned). Copy and share via any channel.
How are commissions paid?▾
Approved affiliates can request a withdrawal from their affiliate dashboard once they hit the minimum balance. Payouts go to the method on file (bank transfer, PayPal, or crypto). Commissions are calculated when the sale completes and become payable after the 14-day refund window passes.
