AEXONI is a Singapore based engineering studio that designs and licenses fully automated trading systems. Each system is developed in house and validated on live broker accounts before release.
Do I need any trading experience to use an AEXONI system?

No. AEXONI systems are fully automated and designed to run without manual intervention. A short installation guide is provided with every license, and direct support is available throughout setup.
What is the minimum deposit you recommend?

We generally recommend a minimum deposit of 1,000 USD when running an AEXONI system on a live account. This provides sufficient capital for the system to operate within its intended risk parameters across normal market conditions.
Can I run an AEXONI system on a demo account first?

Yes. Every license can be activated on a demo account to verify your broker conditions, latency, and execution quality before committing live capital.
Which broker do you recommend?

We currently recommend IC Markets, an established ECN broker that meets our standards for spreads, execution quality, and reliability. Additional partner brokers will be added as relationships are formalised. icmarkets.com
Do I have to use a specific broker?

No. AEXONI systems run with most reputable MetaTrader brokers. We recommend a regulated ECN broker with tight spreads and reliable execution. If you are unsure, our support team can advise.
Do you offer purchase or lease?

Both. A lifetime license is available as a one time purchase, and short term lease options are offered for clients who prefer flexibility. Full pricing is shown on each product page.
Are there any subscriptions or recurring charges?

A lifetime license is a one time payment with no recurring fees. Lease licenses renew at the end of each term and can be cancelled at any time through your customer dashboard.
How are software updates delivered?

Updates are delivered automatically through your customer dashboard. The license server keeps your installation valid across versions.
Can I move my license to a different trading account?

Yes. Your license can be re-bound to a new trading account through your customer dashboard, subject to a reasonable monthly limit to prevent misuse.
What is your refund policy?

AEXONI software is delivered immediately upon purchase and operates as described in its published specification, so refunds are not provided as a matter of course. In exceptional circumstances, the AEXONI team will review the matter individually and reach a fair, considered determination.
